1.1. These terms & conditions constitute the contract between Sport-Tek and the Purchaser.
1.2. The Purchaser is recommended to read these terms & conditions on each occasion an order is placed with Sport-Tek.
1.3. Sport-Tek reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions at any time by posting such revisions on the website. Such revised terms to be applicable to all subsequent orders.
1.4. Any information supplied by the Purchaser may be retained by Sport-Tek but will not be supplied to any other party without the Purchaser’s express permission.
1.5. This contract is governed by the laws of England.
1.6 Sport-Tek will not be responsible for any loss, damage or costs incurred by the Purchaser or any other party arising out of or in connection with the provision, or non provision, of any goods under these terms & conditions.
1.7. Notwithstanding the above Sport-Tek’s liability for loss or damage shall be limited to the amount paid by the Purchaser for the goods.
2. The Order Process.
2.1. Orders placed on Sport-Tek will normally be accepted Via our secured web site. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure all details provided are accurate and correct. However, telephone orders will be accepted; in which case documentation will be completed by Sport-Tek from information provided by the Purchaser. Sport Tek are not responsible for missed or late delivery due to incorrect credit/debit card holder details and delivery address.
2.2. Orders are accepted subject to availability. Where goods are not available the Purchaser will be advised as soon as possible and given the option to cancel the order, wait until goods are available or accept an alternative where appropriate.
3.1. Title in the goods passes to the Purchaser at the time when the goods are delivered providing always that Sport-Tek has received full payment under the contract. In the event that full payment has not been received the goods must be returned immediately to Sport-Tek, by Registered Delivery, at the Purchasers expense.
3.2 Orders received prior to 3pm will normally be despatched, by Royal Mail. As delivery is beyond the control of Sport-Tek guarantees cannot be given beyond those given by the chosen Royal Mail service. However, should the order not be received in reasonable time the matter should be reported to Sport-Tek who will endeavour to trace the order and/or supply a replacement.
3.3 Goods will normally be delivered, in the United Kingdom, free of any charges using the facilities described in 3.2. Where the Purchaser requests a different method of delivery Sport-Tek will attempt to comply but the cost will be borne by the Purchaser.
3.4 When goods are despatched an invoice will be included in the package. The invoice, already paid, is an important document and must be retained by the Purchaser as the invoice number must be quoted in any communication with Sport-Tek.
4.1 Payment will normally only be accepted by credit or debit card, and will be taken at time of order subject to stock being available and authorisation being received from the card issuer.
4.2 All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and payments will, where appropriate, be converted from the Purchaser’s home currency at the exchange rate used by the credit card issuer at the time of the transaction.
5.1 When goods are to be returned Sport-Tek must be advised beforehand.As a general rule goods remain the property of Sport-Tek until title passes to the Purchaser on delivery. Goods remain the property of the Purchaser until delivered to Sport-Tek.The purchaser is strongly recommended to return goods using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Service.
5.2 The Purchaser has 7 days, after the goods have been received, to cancel the order/contract. In this event Sport-Tek must be advised immediately and the goods must be returned, at the Purchaser’s expense, in the condition that they were despatched, complete with all the original packing and in a re-saleable condition. On receipt of the goods in acceptable condition Sport-Tek will refund the original invoiced value of the goods to the Purchaser minus discretionary handling charge not exceeding £10.00. When returns fail to meet this criteria a further surcharge will be made.
5.3 In the unlikely event that the wrong goods have been received they must be returned to Sport-Tek immediately. Providing the goods are in an acceptable condition the Purchaser will be forwarded a replacement or credited in full. Replacement goods will be despatched to the Purchaser once the original goods have been received and accepted. Should the Purchaser require earlier despatch this will be arranged but the cost of the replacement must be met by Purchaser prior to despatch.
5.4 In the event that the goods are damaged when delivered the Purchaser should immediately inform Sport-Tek for instructions. Care should be taken not to further damage any goods or packaging as evidence may need to be presented to insurers. Replacements will be provided at no further cost to the Purchaser.
6.1 All products supplied by Sport-Tek carry a manufacturer’s guarantee. Manufacturers have differing requirements in this respect. Purchasers must therefore fulfil the requirement of the manufacturer of the product purchased as detailed in the manufacturer’s documentation supplied with the goods.
6.2 Any Purchaser wishing to make a claim under a Manufacturer’s guarantee or warranty should in the first instance register such claim by contacting Sport-Tek.
7. Technical Support.
7.1Sport-Tek will provide a limited and reasonable level of telephone or email technical support free of charge to the Purchaser. However, if in the view of Sport-Tek the level of Technical Support requested is beyond that which Sport-Tek regards as reasonable then Sport-Tek may, at it’s sole discretion, withdraw from it’s obligations under this clause.

10.Conditions of Web Site Use
Governing Law and Contract Formation
No contract will subsist between you and RG Retail Ltd for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until RG Retail Ltd accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time RG Retail Ltd sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and RG Retail Ltd irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
11. RG Retail Take Back policy
In an attempt to minimise the environmental impact of electronic component waste RG Retail operate a take back program for any goods purchased from us. We as the retailer will then dispose of the the goods by returning them to the appropriate manufacturer for disposal free of charge.
