Product Warranty

Sport Tek Limited Product Warranty.

Sport Tek Warrants to the original consumer/purchaser of a product that it will be free from defects in material or workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase. Sport Tek warranty provides coverage over and above any warranty provided by the manufacturer for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Sport Tek will directly repair, replace or substitute faulty products at our discretion.

The Sport Tek Warranty does not cover damages due to misuse, abuse, accidents or negligence of the precautions; battery life, improper maintenance, commercial use, cracked or broken cases, Water damage(2), damage caused by unauthorized firmware upgrades. Warranty is void if persons not authorised by SportTek make repairs. During the warranty period the product will be either repaired or replaced directly or at an authorised service centre without a charge.

(2)Sport Tek specifically do not warrant products that are rated by the manufacturer as water resistant to 50 metres and thus suitable for use in swimming or any other water sport. Any such products that has sustained water damage when used in these conditions should be returned to the manufacturer. Sport Tek only warrant products rated as water resistant to100 metres or above, if used for swimming or similar water sport use. The water rating specification provided by the manufacturers are for static water resistance and do not relate to active use.

Manufacturers Product Warranty

Each manufacturer provides warranty for the products they produce. The warranty is often extended to provide greater coverage than the Sport Tek Limited Warranty. If you wish to make a claim against the manufacturers warranty please do so directly with the manufacturer. Or alternatively please contact us for assistance.
